A lot of people say his or her computer crashed when is just acting up. Well, today mine really crashed. The hard drive in my laptop died and even the superhuman IT powers of Philip and I could not bring it back to life.

“What!?”, you say. How could this be? How could the mighty Action IT department fail?

Calm yourself! We were not defeated. Your universe still makes sense.

Even though we lost the battle and the grim reaper claimed yet another laptop soul we achieved victory in that no data was lost for I backup my files.

This is something all you mere computer savvy mortals should do so you can prevail over the imminent death of your drives.
